Doubt Leads Film Line-up with 5 Golden Globe & 5 Screen Actor Guild Nominations - Screenings include I’ve Loved You for So Long and Australia
Los Angeles, CA, December 19 – The Reader, starring Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes has been added to the list of major film screenings at The 13th Capri, Hollywood – Honda International Film Festival. Produced and distributed by The Weinstein Company, The Reader has already received 4 Golden Globe nominations and joins a stellar line-up of films entering this year’s Oscar race, including Australia, Doubt and I’ve Loved You For So Long, it was announced today by Festival Chairman and producer Mark Canton (300, Spiderwick Chronicles, A Perfect Getaway, War of Gods, Fame) and Festival Director Pascal Vicedomini.
“‘The Reader’ is a fascinating, complicated film with an amazing performance by Kate Winslet” said Canton. “It joins a wonderful line-up of some of this year’s best films that are screening at Capri, Hollywood.”

Doubt leads the films screening at Capri, Hollywood with the most award nominations as the recipient of 5 Golden Globe noms including Best Actress and Best Actor and 5 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards including Best Cast, Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor. The Reader received 4 Golden Globe noms including Best Film, Best Director, Best Supporting Actress and Best Screenplay and one SAG nom for Best Supporting Actress. I’ve Loved You For So Long garnered 2 Golden Globe noms for Best Foreign Film and Best Actress.
